Shipping:
Customers may choose from three shipping options: standard (Ground), second-day and next-day shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping costs are calculated during check-out. We aim to ship from our warehouse within three business days of order placement. Standard Delivery within the United States and some U.S. territories is usually within 5-7 business days from the day your package leaves our warehouse.
A signature is required for second-day shipments. 2nd day shipment will be delivered within 2 business days from the day the package leaves our warehouse.
Signature confirmation is required for next-day deliveries. The shipment will arrive within a day of the package leaving our warehouse.
Weekend delivery is not available with any shipping option.
Standard shipping times above do not reflect holiday delivery schedules. Customers are notified via email if shipping times vary due to availability of merchandise, or if special orders require longer processing time. At this time, we cannot ship an online order to international destinations and some U.S. territories.
The best carrier for your order is selected among: FedEx, DHL, UPS and the USPostal Service.
We do our very best to expedite all orders as quickly as possible.
Payment:
All orders are charged instantly during checkout.
GeoCandles is required to charge 6% sales tax on purchases shipped to Indiana.
Orders refused upon delivery will be charged in full, including shipping.
Returns:
Defective or damaged items will be replaced with the same item or one of equal value upon return of the defective merchandise. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Your money, less shipping, will be refunded, upon return of the merchandise, if you are not satisfied with the product. The merchandise must be returned in sellable condition. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Disclaimer:
All candle orders from this website are shipped directly from our warehouse. Once candle orders have shipped, the candle is out of our hands, and we are not liable for inappropriate use or supervision of a candle. Each candle package contains a warning label for your protection. As human error can occur, a candle may ship without the proper warning label. If you receive a candle without a warning label on the box, please advise us immediately and we will mail one to you.
